Absolutely sucks!

Was in there this afternoon, 2 people at the bagging station laughing and talking. my wife and I were the only 2 people in there and we walked right by you 3 times. No one said a word until I finally walked over to you. Then someone with their underwear hanging out the back of their pants said "sup"?

Bagged my stuff, hardly looked at me and just walked away without so much as a thanks. 3rd time in a row this has happened to me. I drive there from Milford because I've been buying fish and supplies from Jerry since he owned One Stop many years ago. Jerry if you are reading this then you might want to take a better look at the people you hire. Guess I'll start going to Wallingford again.

I am so sorry for the poor service you recieved in our Branford store, it will be addressed right away with the management and staff. I will make sure to bring this to Jerry's attention right away too.

Not being one who only crows when he's pissed, I felt I should post again.
I was there today in response to the posting of the recent stock list. I haven't seen Black Paradise Gouramis in a long time so I went for a look.

Brandon took great care of me, as did another fellow who's name I did not know. The experience was like night and day. Polite, attentive, and professional. once Brandon forund out who I was he maede my last experience up to me. The folks in the puppy department were great, as were the guys in the bird dept (I darn near bought an $800 bird!).

The last employee I encountered was apparently a fluke, and not at all indicative of the store itself. I was just unlucky enough to have encountered him 3 times in a row!
